Just wanted to quickly say Merry Christmas. Jennifer and I spent Christmas Eve with my family, and opened presents with my parents, brother, his girlfriend, and my grandma. We also got to play Santa’s Little Helpers late that night, which was quite fun. Today, we had dinner with Jennifer’s family. Overall, it was a quiet and enjoyable Christmas. Although you may be tired of smiling and thanking everyone for their kind thoughts and gifts, don’t forget to take time to acknowledge the best present of all…Jesus.

That’s right. Santa Claus came right down our street. Instead of a red-nosed reindeer, he was on an old, but shiny, red fire engine.

I can’t believe it! Gas is now the same price as it was during my senior year in high school. Wow! It is hard to believe that just a few months ago we were paying nearly four times as much. Just something to think about…

Over the past couple of months, I have been working on updating our blog. I was tired of the old look, and wanted some newer features, especially the our photo galleries. Take a look through it, and let me know what you think.
